The FlexLite GunPOD is a gun holder for tripods that introduces a completely new concept for mounting hunting rifles. While the FlexLite FM-300 follows the same concept as the FM-570 GunPOD, it differs in some aspects. The FlexLite has been designed mainly for bolt-action rifles and fighter rifles with conical butts. Its side walls adjust to the angle of the rifle stock and its lightness makes it ideal for field use.

This gun holder is made of 100% CNC machined aluminum and weighs only 12 oz. Its design includes a single knob that allows you to automatically adjust the side walls to adapt to the conicity of your rifle or optics. In this way, a faster connection, a greater grip force and a greater stability of your rifle on the tripod is achieved. The double moveable side walls maintain the perfect centre of gravity on the tripod, which is essential to balance the weapons and maintain the ideal vertical orientation in long-range shots. In addition, the tension knob can be adjusted to switch between shooting with the left or right hand.

The side walls of the device are adjustable, which allows them to easily hold the barrel of binoculars and visors that have a similar conical shape. This offers an ideal solution for fixing optics that do not have a 1/4-20 mounting hole necessary for a tripod adaptor, such as Swarovski EL binoculars, most Leica binoculars and electronic rangefinders.

Protective rubber pads protect your weapon or optics and a pair of Picatinny spaced rubber pads will attach to the Picatinny base rail of your weapon. A 4″ Arca rail is integrated directly into the centre frame, which eliminates the need for a separate QR plate when attached to the tripod. This gives you greater reliability, lower cost and less weight.
